We often think of flying over a client's business in our stealth helicopter and looking down into the organization through it's see-through ceiling. Most often we see numbers of managers and employees who are loyal, hard working, diligent and doing their tasks well. We also see people who are doing tasks very well, yet in contradiction to each other. Everyone is working hard but without a common goal, working hard, but not on the same page. LaMarche Consulting Group helps the organization focus all of its resources upon agreed on goals. The result is a group of people in alignment with a common purpose, who operate individually and collectively in the same direction ... toward the attainment of specific and well-defined organizational goals. Listed below are areas of concern in Organizational Alignment.

The Organizational Alignment Inventory:

  1. Are the organization's goals clearly spelled out and understood by all employees?
  2. Do separate units within the organization collaborate for maximum efficiency?
  3. Does management team compensation promote teamwork?
  4. Does each unit understand the importance and tasks of the other units?
  5. Is communication fostered across departmental and functional lines?
